Bradykinin

A 9-amino-acid vasoactive peptide generated by the kinin-kallikrein system from the precursor kininogen. Causes vasodilation, increased vascular permeability, and pain sensitization. Plays a role in inflammation and is implicated in BPC-157 research as one of the signaling pathways modulated by its gastrointestinal protective effects.
