Follistatin-315

Full name: FST-315

A shorter isoform of follistatin produced by alternative mRNA splicing. Unlike FST-344, it has reduced binding to heparan sulfate proteoglycans, giving it broader systemic distribution. Studied alongside FST-344 for myostatin inhibition and muscle hypertrophy effects in preclinical models.
