IGF-1 DES

A truncated form of IGF-1 missing the first three N-terminal amino acids (Gly-Pro-Glu). This modification reduces binding affinity for insulin-like growth factor binding proteins (IGFBPs) by approximately 10-fold, resulting in much higher free-fraction bioavailability. Research suggests stronger local anabolic effects than intact IGF-1 LR3, particularly in muscle tissue proximate to the injection site.
