A non-peptide, orally bioavailable growth hormone secretagogue that mimics ghrelin at the GHS-R1a receptor. Unlike peptide GHSs (GHRP-2, Ipamorelin), MK-677 is taken orally and has a half-life of approximately 24 hours, enabling once-daily dosing. Consistently raises GH pulse amplitude and IGF-1 levels in research subjects. Not a SARM despite frequent miscategorization.
