An investigational fixed-dose combination of cagrilintide (amylin receptor agonist) and semaglutide (GLP-1 receptor agonist) in development by Novo Nordisk. Phase 3 trials (REDEFINE program) are evaluating the combination for obesity treatment. Early Phase 2 data showed average weight loss of approximately 15.6% over 32 weeks, suggesting additive effects from combining amylin and GLP-1 receptor pathways simultaneously.
